General Terms of Business
Microphone cables and power supplies are not included in delivery and must be ordered separately. The Units may also be used with any standard microphone cable and power pack found in music shops.
1. Payment conditions Bank Transfer (Prepay):
You will receive a bill by e-mail stating payment instructions. Payments may be made prepaid by wire transfer (taxfree for the recipient) to our bank. Orders are shipped as soon we have received the amount invoiced.
2. Payment conditions PayPal (Credit Card):
Payments by credit card are processed by PayPal (an eBay company). At PayPal you must have an account or open a new account. That means that you have to provide more data than just your credit card information. PayPal is not available in all countries.
Shipping by Post (Correos) takes about 1 week within Europe. Outside of Europe, it will take 2-3 weeks.
Shipping via Forwarding / DHL is usually dispatched every two weeks. The estimated lead time within the EU is 10-14 days, overseas 3-4 weeks.
The individual shipping costs as well as the delivery dates for forwarding / DHL can be calculated / displayed in the cart (before the checkout).
Obvious defects (damages, wrong deliveries or quantity deviations in particularly), shipping damages or other defects must be notified in writing to Prostage immediately or at least within 7 calendar days after the receipt of goods. A note via email to email@example.com is sufficient.
4. VAT | Duties:
The prices in this shop do not contain value-added tax for shippings outsinde the Europen Union. Custom duties and VAT will be charged separately by the shipping company.
5. Money-Back Guarantee | Return Policy
Items bought at Prostage can be returned within 30 days. The period begins with receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods in time. The right to return does not apply to goods produced according to customer specifications (custom units that need to be specially ordered). The value of goods paid by the customer will be paid within 5 business days after receipt of the returned goods by wire transfer to an account to be named by the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. The return has to be made to the address given in the legal notice. The return is at the expense and risk of the customer. Prostage expressly reserves a claim for compensation for damaged goods. If the product shows traces of use, especially scratches on its case, or if the customer is responsible for any other reduction in value, he or she has to replace the impairment. Please return the goods in their original packing. If this is not possible, please provide a packing which prevents the goods from damage. Otherwise, the customer is liable for damaged goods due to inadequate packing.
